1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Descubri ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Descubri is a platform for photographers to:

Discover and share photo locations on a map
Share shot recipes (camera settings, film simulations, presets, etc.)
Optionally sell photos, RAW files, and licenses to other users
Connect with other photographers through social features

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Keep your login credentials secure
Be responsible for all activity under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Content

Your Rights: You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Descubri a license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

Your Responsibilities: You represent that you have the right to share content you post, and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Prohibited Content: You may not post content that is illegal, infringes copyrights, contains malware, is fraudulent, or violates others' privacy.

5. Purchases and Payments

When you purchase content (photos, RAWs, licenses):

Payments are processed securely through Stripe
All sales are final unless otherwise stated
Descubri takes a platform fee (10-15%) from each sale
Sellers are responsible for accurately describing their offerings

6. Licenses for Purchased Content

When you purchase content:

Personal Use: For personal, non-commercial use only
Commercial License: If purchased, allows use in commercial projects per the seller's terms
You may not resell or redistribute purchased content

7. Location Data

When sharing spot locations:

You control the visibility (fuzzy vs. exact) of your spots
Respect private property and local laws when visiting shared spots
Do not share locations of sensitive or restricted areas

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Post misleading or fraudulent content
Attempt to access accounts or data you're not authorized to access
Use automated systems to scrape or spam the platform

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content, including location data and recipes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Descubri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
